Board Of  Appeals

The Board of Appeals meets the second Thursday of each month
 at 7:30 p. m. if cases are scheduled on the docket.
Board of Appeals members are:

Kirby Delauter, Chairman
Glenn Rickard, Jr.
Raymond Bentz
Patrick Hait
Richard R. Little
R. Lee Fisher, Alternate


The Board of Appeals shall have the following powers:

 

(1)

Hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative officer in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance

 

 

(2)

Hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of the Zoning Ordinance on which the board is required to pass under the Zoning Ordinance

 

 

(3)

Authorize on appeal in specific cases a variance from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
