o       The propriety of a citizen serving as a Town Commissioner and a member of the Board of Directors of Thurmont First simultaneously.

 

o       Whether a Town Commissioner who has had a previous contractual relationship with, and is family friends with, a person submitting a petition for annexation of property into the Town should recuse themselves from any proceedings concerning this matter.
