	The Thurmont Master Plan Update. The Thurmont Planning and Zoning Commission is in the process of updating the Thurmont Master Plan. The draft version is nearly completion and will be presented at several open houses and public hearings. When the draft is available it will be posted here and copies will be available at the town office. Please attend the P&Z meetings and workshops to see how the update is progressing.

	The Frederick County Thurmont Region Plan Update. The Frederick County Planning Commission and County Planning Department have complete the draft of the Thurmont Region Plan. The plan is now being reviewed by the Frederick County Board of Commissioners.
