The Parks and Recreation Commission meets the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Parks and Recreation Commission members are:

The Thurmont Parks and Recreation Commission is to perform as an advisory body to the Board of Commissioners of Thurmont on matters concerning the parks and recreational activities within the Town of Thurmont. Input shall be received from the public, the Thurmont Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Board of Commissioners.
