I have reinstated the requirement that snow be removed from sidewalks. As of 1:00 pm today, January 27, 2016, residents and businesses have 24 hours to remove snow from sidewalks adjacent to their property. I would also remind property owners that they are also responsible for clearing snow from around their mail boxes and fire hydrants.
