The Board of Supervisors of Elections consists of a minimum of three (3) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval by Resolution of the Board of Commissioners. Additional member may be appointed and approved as needed. Terms of members of the Board of Supervisors of Elections shall begin on the first Monday in September in the year in which they are appointed and shall run for four (4) years. The Mayor shall appoint one of its members as Chairperson.
